The controller of your personal data is SNOK Sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw (Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw, Poland), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, under number 0000896866, NIP 7011032504, REGON 388919917, share capital PLN 10,000.

The snok.me website is an information site for the SNOK Me product. Data protection contact: office@snok.ai.

2. Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to your enquiry (contact form, booking a demo) - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Direct marketing of SNOK Me services - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
  • Website analytics (statistics, with consent - see Cookies Policy) - Art. 6(1)(a)/(f) GDPR.
  • Legal obligations (accounting, tax - if a contract is concluded) - Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

3. Scope of data

  • - Name, company name
  • - Email address, phone number
  • - The content of your messages and enquiries
  • - Technical data (IP address, browser type, visit date) - automatically

4. Retention period

  • - Enquiries and leads: 24 months from the last contact.
  • - Customer data: the term of the contract + 10 years (accounting obligations).

5. Recipients

Data may be shared with trusted processors:

  • - Vercel Inc. - website hosting.
  • - Resend - handling contact-form emails.
  • - HubSpot - CRM (enquiries and leads).
  • - Google - website analytics (Google Analytics, with consent).
  • - Microsoft - email (Microsoft 365).

Some providers are based in the USA. Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (EU SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
