1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is SNOK Sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw (Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw, Poland), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division, under number 0000896866, NIP 7011032504, REGON 388919917, share capital PLN 10,000.

The snok.me website is an information site for the SNOK Me product. Data protection contact: office@snok.ai.

2. Purposes and legal basis

  • Handling your enquiry and getting back to you (the "Book a demo" form, scheduling a presentation) - Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying).
  • Direct marketing - sending commercial information and offers about SNOK Me to the e-mail provided, solely on the basis of a separate, voluntary consent: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and consent to marketing communication under the Electronic Communications Law (PKE). This consent can be withdrawn at any time, with no effect on handling your enquiry.
  • Security and abuse prevention (technical submission data: IP address, approximate location, browser) - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Website analytics (cookieless, anonymous - see Cookies Policy) - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Legal obligations (accounting, tax - if a contract is concluded) - Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

3. Scope of data

  • - Name, company name
  • - Work e-mail address
  • - The content of your messages and enquiries
  • - The status of consents given (enquiry handling, marketing)
  • - Technical submission and visit data collected automatically: IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address (city/region/country), browser and device type, referring page, marketing campaign tags (UTM/gclid), language, date and time

4. Retention period

  • - Enquiries and leads: 24 months from the last contact.
  • - Customer data: the term of the contract + 10 years (accounting obligations).

5. Recipients

Data may be shared with trusted processors:

  • - Vercel Inc. - website hosting and cookieless analytics (Web Analytics).
  • - Resend - handling contact-form emails.
  • - HubSpot - CRM (enquiries and leads).
  • - Microsoft - email (Microsoft 365).

Some providers are based in the USA. Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (EU SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Voluntariness and automated decisions

Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry - without it we cannot contact you. Marketing consent is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for handling your enquiry. The data is not used for fully automated decision-making or for profiling producing legal effects.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to amend this policy. The last update date is shown at the top of this document.
